Teething

Our little man has been a little fussy off and on the pastfew days. At first I thought he was just tired or hungry but nothing seemed tosoothe him so I figured it was teething. He will drool all the time so he wearsa bib pretty much with every outfit. He has started biting every toy andblanket that is in his reach. He will put both his fingers and fist in hismouth all the time. He does not like a pacifier so the fingers are his primarysoothing toy. He has this little blue elephant that he loves to play with and gnawon so we try to have that around him at all times when he is in his car seat. Hehas been having diarrhea off and on for the past week and the doctor says it isfrom the teething.  His poor littlebottom has been so chapped from the diarrhea so he has just been a mess! He isnot a fussy baby at all so when he is inconsolable we know his little gumshurt. Mrs. Pat gave us a good tip. She said to buy soothing tablets which aresold pretty much everywhere so the other day I ran out and got some. They arebetter for babies than Tylenol and seemed to really work.

We go see the doctor for his 4 month check-up on Tuesday soI cannot wait to get him on cereal because he is so hard to fill up. The milkis just not enough anymore! *More to come after the doctor visit!
