First Dentist Appointment

I have read online that it is recommended that kids see the dentist at 1 year of age. Well we have not had a chance to take Beau with us moving down south so I finally got an appointment in October. We saw a dentist in Fairhope and it was a wonderful experience. Beau loved all the toys in the waiting room, like usual. Dr. Wells with Bay Pediatrics was fabulous. He was so patient and fun. Beau thought he was so cool and sat very still in the chair. I was so proud of him! They said his teeth looked perfect and to come back every 6 months for checkups. We want to make sure Beau keeps his teeth healthy so we try to brush twice a day. Beau loves walking around with his tooth brush in his mouth and enjoys a little toothpaste on the brush. I think he will have a healthy mouth the next time we go!
